[주요업무] - 국내외 e-commerce 트렌드, future of retail 동향, 경쟁사 및 병행업계 조사 - 온라인 매출, site traffic, consumer demographics, shopping pattern, customer service 만족도 등   대고객 관련 지표 트래킹 및 주간, 월간 보고서 작성 - 사내 주요 business data 관리 및 key findings 도출/보고  - Web analytic data aggregation & mining logic 수립 및 관리    - 소비자 조사 및 insight 분석  - CRM 전략 및 멤버쉽 프로그램 수립 - Responsible for market research and analysis activities to determine potential market for products/category   offense/user experience.    Collects and analyzes data to identify market trends and potentials, competitive forces, penetration strategies,   user biases and preferences and similar parameters of the marketplace. - Interprets customer needs, assesses requirements and identifies solutions to non-standard   requests or technical, operational and organizational problems applying advanced analytical and statistical knowledge  - Studies website behavior patterns using site metric tools to analyze and optimize business results and user experience [자격요건] - 관련 경력 10년 이상자 - 영어 필수 - 리서치회사, 온라인쇼핑몰(오픈마켓 포함) 등 이커머스 관련 업계 출신 우대 - e-CRM 경력자 우대
