Job Title: CRM Manager Department: Korea Marketing Location: Seoul, K Office Reports to: Marketing Director       Functional Interface: - Internal : Interact with K staffs & counterparts within HQ - External : Interact with dealers and suppliers including event agencies, marketing staffs in other luxury brands and CRM agencies such as Autobrain & Comnarae Academic Qualifications: Diploma in University Required Experience Required    : Minimum 5 years of CRM experience. Role    Implement CRM activities within short-mid-long term marketing strategy. Accountability 1. CRM A. Develop & strengthen CRM program and leads management to promote sales B. Strategic analysis of  Car owners & prospects to support developing effective marketing activities C. Maximize value of brands/products through new DB acquisition, prospect invigoration and current customer retention program D. Create CRM Campaign and lead generation for new model launch E. Report CRM status monthly or by project F. Planning Co-marketing with other luxury brand for DB acquisition. G. Understand media environment specially digital media environments H. Understand luxury market and target customers I. Experience and knowledge of CRM system implementation 2.  Point of sales material production A. Develop tactical DM, leaflet and pricelist for dealers to promote sales B. Develop and update dealer showroom product images, poster, banner, video clips and specifications
