[주요업무] Job Title                    :  Accounting Manager Department                : Business Control Location                    : Seoul,  Office Reports to                  :  Finance Director Direct Reports            : Accounting team 1.Functional Interface  :  Internal : Interact with all Company and counterparts in  HQ  External : Interact with dealers, bank agents, tax officials and external auditors Role  Overall responsibility for accounting & tax  Provide proactive leadership, support and direction to all accounting personnel.  Lead the monthly closing, financial & statutory reporting and group consolidation reporting  Provide decision making support to FD Accountability                General Accounting  Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial accounting in line with global accounting guidelines  Ensure to meet local statutory accounting rules as well as relevant laws and regulations  Manage all accounting practices for the NSC and works with Finance team in HQ to apply consistent accounting practices to the NSC  Manage the monthly and quarterly financial reporting process  Interpret results of financial report to FD and Finance team in HQ  Collaborate cross functionally to ensure on-time reporting in line with guidance.  Review transfer price true up  Review and monitor balance of all provisioning accounts  Ensure efficient payment process to vendors  Ensure efficient collecting process from customers  Manage any other ad-hoc report     Internal Control  Support to complete global self-assessment program to comply with SOX  Establish and maintain effective internal controls of each business cycle  Monitor operational procedures / processes to embrace business process changes as well as to seek efficiency  Take responsibility of assessment of internal accounting control system to comply with K-SOX     Audit & Tax (Transfer pricing)  Coordinate annual statutory audit  Coordinate internal audit by HQ  Take accountability for all tax related activities including corporate income tax and VAT return filing.  Coordinate tax audit and customs audit     Others  Coordinate the development, implementation and monitoring of financial accounting and related systems  Support other local or global driven ad-hoc projects [자격요건] Academic Qualifications Required  :  Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration  CPA preferred Experience Required  :  Over 10 years relevant experience in related fields  Automotive industry experience preferred Knowledge / Skill / Ability Required  :   A qualified professional capable of numerical analysis for accounting  In-depth understanding of accounting standard such as KGAAP & IFRS  Proficiency in use of MS office  Knowledge of using SAP is an advantage  Strong communication skills  Fluent in English  Strong team management skill
