Job Title : Commercial Manager
Department : Customer Service Location : Seoul Reports to : CS Director [주요업무] 1. Purpose of the role: The holder of the position is responsible for his/her own actions within the framework of the duties assigned to him/her. As a Commercial Manager, he/she fulfils the requirements of the job description, he/she will also be expected to perform tasks which, due to their irregular occurrence, are not included in the job description but which by their nature are part of the job. He/she should closely work together with RAMs and Parts Manager within CS Dept. and business partner in HQ in order to increase the service & parts revenues and as well as to improve the customer loyalty / customer satisfactions. 2. Functional Interface : ■ Internal: Interact with CS (Director, RAM & Parts Manger), other dept. cooperation with ND, Sales & Marketing dept. ■ External : Interact with Company Service Retailers, HQ, Customs, and 3rd party agency 3. Key Accountabilities: ■ The overall Commercial subject matters within JLRK CS Dept. in cooperation with UK. Planning Function ■ Responsible for UK driven dealer programs and customer programs ■ Customer Loyalty Program (CLP) : Customer satisfaction index management ■ Retailer Standard Assessment program management (DSAT) ■ Mobility Program management including courtesy car program ■ Market Intelligence Reporting program management including Insite, Dashboard, DSE & ASAP ■ Mystery shopping implementation and management ■ E-VHC program deployment and management Marketing Function ■ Fixed Marketing Expenses planning and management ■ Responsible for the achievement of overall CS marketing ■ Customer Service Campaign development, implementation and management (Seasonal, Retention & Loyalty) ■ Customer Service Marketing program development, implementation & management (Revenue incremental, Network expansion, Brand awareness & etc) ■ Assist in the development of customer care programs and CS marketing strategy. ■ CS Marketing Calendar & CS Performance Report Others ■ Special projects assigned by Director, CS Dept. ■ CS Monthly performance report generation [자격요건] Academic Qualifications Required: ■ Diploma in University Qualifications: ■ Minimum 5-years experiences in developing service & commercial marketing and Planning in the automotive/imported car industry. ■ Education in engineering, technical or business discipline. ■ Competency English Language (Written and Spoken) ■ Experience in Customer Service Environments ■ Computer Literacy – Basic Database, word processing, Spreadsheets |
