    Job Title: Distribution Analyst
    Department: Sales Operation
    Location: Seoul, Korea Office
    Reports to: Sales operation director (Dept. Manager)
    Sales planning manager (Line Manager)

    1. Purpose of the role:
        Managing Korea & Dealer orders Communication and co-work with HQ supply planning manager

    2. Functional Interface:
        - Internal: All Korea Dept.
        - External: Korea Dealers & financing companies and etc.

    3. Key Accountabilities:

      Specific Accountabilities for this position

        1) Vehicle Supply Chain Management
          A. Korea Co. & Dealer order management
          B. Order status and shipping detail report
          C. Korea Co. & Dealer stock forecast and status report

        2)  Korea Co.System Operation and Management
          A.  PRINT: Korea Co. Retail and Wholesale data
          B.  VISTA: Korea Co. Order System
          C. Sales data analysis

        3) Reports Related
          A. Daily contract & registration report
          B. Sales closing report
          C. Wholesale planning and operation
          D. Daily stock & ageing stock report
          E. Custom clearance status report to KAIDA
          F. Monthly Promotion Support


    [자격요건]

    1. Academic Qualifications Required:
     
        Bachelor’s degree in business administration or automotive industry related majors are prepared.

    2. Functional Competency/Skill/Knowledge Required:- High level of strategic thinking and business awareness
        - Strategic management
        - High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
        - Fluent in English

    3. Individual Competency & Key Strength required:- Ability to interact, influence and partner with leaders in a multi-cultural environment,
        - Excellent communication skill, interpersonal and negotiation skill, 
        - Developer, team player, Hands-on ability to implement swiftly and effectively.

    4. Experience Required: 

        Minimum 5 years in automobile industry, supply chain management and retailer communication experience preferred.
