1. Purpose of the role:   Providing business plan for Year 1 to 6 based on Import Car products, marketing and network plans and generating reports on   Company  demand Review   2. Functional Interface:     -  Internal: Product Pricing & Marketing, Business Control and Customer Service Dept. and etc     -  External: KAIDA(한국수입차협회) Organization, Relevant research firm 3. Academic Qualifications Required:     4년제 졸업이상 ( 경영학과 및 상경계열,  기계/금속/자동차/산업공학등 자동차 관련 공학)   2. Functional Competency/Skill/Knowledge Required:     - High level of strategic thinking and business awareness     - Strategic management     - High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel     - Fluent in English   3. Individual Competency & Key Strength required:     - Ability to interact, influence and partner with leaders in a multi-cultural environment,     - Excellent communication skill, interpersonal and negotiation skill,      - Developer, team player, Hands-on ability to implement swiftly and effectively.   4.
