[Tasks]   - Permanent on-site support in the manufacturing facility of Korean Rolling Stock manufacturer   - working location Changwon, Korea    - On site trouble-shooting of Rolling Stock Brake systems at the manufacturing location or at the operator train depot, develop solution to fleet problem   - Support and perform Brake System Commissioning in close cooperation with head office engineering   - Act as 1st point of technical contact to customer   - Maintenance, repair and overhaul of defect parts   - Coordinate service technicians and repair workers relative tasks and give relative help or training   - Provide regular and clear reports to management   - Attend technical and operational review meetings with customer   - Audit customers maintenance processes   - On site visits to investigate equipment non-compliance   - Inform immediately internal responsible / involved departments and supervisors about problems   - Follow up open issues until closed   - System validation for customers and operators during the beginning of commercial service of railway vehicles and support field service / troubleshooting    - Reports to the Field Service/Commissioning manager and responsible project manage [Requirements]   - Bachelor degree in electrical/electronical/mechanical engineering or above.   - at least 2 years’ experience in railway industry or experience in in similar industries e.g. shipbuilding / heavy machines, preferably hands on knowledge of brake systems   - Strong communication ability, problem solving skills   - Able and experienced to work independently in depot or customer site, hence team player within an international company   - Able for short/long term Local and Overseas business trips for training, mainly to company’s manufacturing locations abroad.   - Korean driver’s license (passenger car)   - English language is mandatory, fluently spoken and written   - MS-Office – professional   - Strong logical thinking, sense of responsibility, passion for job
