    [주요업무]
    OE Sales & PM
    (OE projects: Brake Systems for Railway Vehicles

    1. Technical Sales
    - Conduct Technical Sales for products of OE Brake system
    project with Korean customers / car builders.
    - Technical support and external costumer liaison /
    cooperate with Sales in communication with customer.
    - Discuss, analyze and evaluate customer requirements
    and specification, and elaborates and technical proposal
    - Conduct pricing and contract negotiation with customers
    and vendors.
    - Organize marketing activity (technical seminar,
    presentation, and exhibitions, etc).
    2. Project Management
    - Defines and manage project schedules, pricing and
    budget, quality, project risk and chances, and personnel
    and financial resource allocation management.
    - Coordinates all internally involved stakeholders in the
    project process (i.e. R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing,
    Logistics, Controlling, etc.).
    - Conduct PTS review with system engineer.
    - Prepare project test plan and make necessary
    arrangement (FAI, Routine test, trip arrangement,
    coordination with overseas colleagues in other countries)
    - Project coordination amongst internal/external
    stakeholders throughout the project process (i.e. R&D,
    Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Controlling).
    - Responsible for managing project deliverables (test
    document, reports, manual, etc.).
    3. Offering & Contract Management (Technical &
    Commercial)
    - Technical coordination between System Engineers and
    Customer to generate technical and commercial offer.
    - Bidding document preparation (e.g. offer document,
    project reference, relevant technical document, quotation).
    - Manage contracts and PO.
    4. Sales Strategy Planning
    - Support local OE Sales director to develop sales strategy.
    - Prepare market and sales strategy report for
    management.

    [자격요건]
    -- Bachelor degree and above (Mechanical or Electric Engineering
    preferred)
    -- at least 3 years project management experience in the field of
    Railway systems
    -- Preferred project experiences with Korean clients / car builders
    -- Fluent command of English in both writing and speaking is
    essential.
    -- Excellent PC skills (MS Office etc.)
